Inspired by his cooking experience at the exclusive Krallerhof in Leogang, he stands for authentic, creative dishes. His cuisine reflects his philosophy: always moving forward with hope and a clear goal. Bernhard cooks with heart and soul - with a smile and the motto: "Cook fresh, don't get nervous."
